Bookings are not valid until the appropriate deposit has been received by us. A deposit of £75 is required for any booking of 5 days or more. A deposit of £20 is required for any booking of less than 5 days,unless otherwise agreed with us. We will hold dates for a maximum of 14 days to allow for the deposit to be paid.

Should you wish to make any amendments to your booking after it has been confirmed we will do everything possible to accommodate any request. Cancellations will incur the following charges:

We hope and expect to be able to provide you with all the services we have confirmed with you at the time of booking. If we have to make a significant change to your booking (i.e. a change of date or accommodation) we will provide you with these alternatives:
* accept an alternative date or accommodation at no extra charge
* book another date
* accept a full refund of all monies paid.
